| Welcome to our 42nd newsletter.  Change is as good as a rest – or so they say. So this month we're changing the format of our breakfast clubs, joining together the Andover and Salisbury breakfast meetings for one combined event at Amesbury's Holiday Inn, just off the A303, for just £5. We are expecting a full house of 60 people and there are only a few places left. We even have an exciting speaker – see below for details.

When the Equality Act 2010 was introduced last October, some media reports suggested that you are prohibited from asking any questions about a candidate’s health when considering them for a job. Fortunately that's not the case, but you do have to be very careful so that you don't end up facing an employment tribunal.
