 We have an exciting new full-time vacancy at out Salisbury office. The new position will involve a groundbreaking new approach for solicitors in improving client care – with the intention of improving the firm's client care from merely good to creating a real "wow" factor for clients. The role will involve working alongside the firms management and marketing teams in developing a range of telephone work including the following:

• client care telephone calls to the firm’s new clients
• cross-selling telephone calls to the firm's existing clients
• telemarketing calls about our events and services to existing business clients and business prospects 

We understand, from personal experience, that telemarketing work can be tough. From some initial pilot work, we believe that this role will be very different – making a real difference to the firm and its clients and involving a real sense of job satisfaction. We are very excited about the role and hope you will be too.

• be a self-starter with good self organizational skills
