Lease Extension specialist
We have a very exciting position available for a full-time fee earner to work in our Salisbury office, conducting a caseload of 100% lease extension, enfranchisement and right to manage cases - for both freeholders and tenants.
The successful candidate will;
- have minimum 3 years experience of lease extension work and be able to work unsupervised
- be a lease extension specialist with extensive experience of lease extension, enfranchisement and right to manage work – along with the ability to supervise and assist a legal assistant with her own full-time lease extension caseload. We anticipate a considerable growth in our lease extension work in the next 3 years and the successful candidate must be enthusiastic about being a central part of that growth. Please note that when not interested in a candidate who has carried out the odd lease extension, or who has been in the same room as someone who has done lease extension work!
