Family and Divorce Lawyer - Full Time - Andover

The job is suitable for an experienced solicitor or legal executive – but qualifications are not absolutely essential. The right experience and genuine ability is what we are really looking for. The successful candidate will have

• at least 5 years’ experience of both family law and divorce work, particularly ancillary relief, for private clients

 • the ability to run your own caseload without supervision

 • be a well motivated self-starter

 • good organisational skills and the ability to multitask

 • excellent standards of client care and great communication skills

 • the ability to be an excellent biller

• good IT skills [email, for example, is our default method of communication]

 • a desire to help in the continuing growth of our family department

 • the ability to work well as part of a team

The successful candidate should also be a car owner/driver.

Salisbury - Client Relations Manager – Full Time

EXPERIENCE
Previous experience of sales in the ‘service’ sector is ideal. Individuals without such experience however, should not be put off applying as full training will be given. Personality and the ability to convert the maximum number of callers into clients on the basis of our innovative approach, level of expertise and service quality, will be the major factor. However, some demonstrable relevant experience in some form of sales or retail position is essential.

Commercial and Residential Conveyancing Lawyer - Full Time - Salisbury

Future specialisation

The current goal involves a mix of commercial and residential conveyancing work. We are convinced there is the opportunity to significantly grow our commercial conveyancing work. We strongly support lawyer specialisation and would be keen to work with the successful candidate, should they wish to do so, to work towards a purely commercial or residential conveyancing caseload, as the work grows.

Support Staff - Secretaries

We are actively recruiting to our bank of 'temp' secretaries.

We are particularly interested in secretaries who can cover annual leave or sickness in our Andover office. For this role, candidates should have legal experience and have worked in a Family Department. 

For our other offices we are looking for secretaries who can cover absence in either Salisbury or Amesbury. You should have solid secretarial experience and ideally some exposure to a legal environment. 

These roles are paid on an hourly or daily basis and are ideally suited to people who want to work flexibly.
