Among the speakers were Paul Lappage (Grapevine Telecom); Gareth Pugh (Handover HR); Jonathan Stevens (Porsche Bournemouth); Steve Burge (BH1 Promotions); Richard Dare (Ward Goodman) and Tim Bishop (from Salisbury Lawyers Bonallack and Bishop). Subjects covered range from all aspects of creating a profitable business and the successful use of promotional products to creative branding and the recruitment, retention and motivation of the right staff. The event received the support of Bournemouth Chamber of Trade and Commerce.
One of those attending, Louise Middleton from Porsche Bournemouth commented; “It was a great opportunity to share our knowledge and processes from Porsche with other local businesses in the area, as well as absorb information from the other speakers. We’ve received fantastic feedback from attendees who were interested to know about our follow up and thank you processes.”
