New Salisbury Conveyancing Lawyer

BONALLACK & BISHOP – SOLICITORS IN SALISBURY –  PRESS RELEASE
10th January 2011

Solicitors Take On New Conveyancing Lawyer

The New Year sees Salisbury Solicitors Bonallack & Bishop take on a new residential conveyancing lawyer, Caroline Chandler. Caroline has previously spent 13 years as a conveyancer in the property department of local law firm Wilsons.

Tim Bishop, the firm’s senior partner, commented, “I am delighted to welcome Caroline both to the firm and back to working in Salisbury. It's great to welcome such an experienced and high calibre lawyer to the team, who will add significantly to the department’s strength. Caroline is unusual because before she took up the law she worked for several years as an estate agent. She has also spent time as a lettings negotiator for a local estate agent – so she has a unique understanding of how estate agents work, which is invaluable. Whilst I hope that the property market will continue to pick up in 2011, I'm confident that, regardless of that, Caroline will help us to continue to grow our market share.”

Caroline Chandler added, “I’m excited to be on-board with Bonallack & Bishop, I am very pleased to be working back in Salisbury and am looking forward to re-establishing relationships and working with local estate agents again.”
