Appointment of Adele Dethick – Commercial Solicitor

Rapidly growing Salisbury law firm Bonallack & Bishop have appointed Solicitor Adele Dethick to their Commercial Team.

Adele trained and practised with a City of London firm, and joins Bonallack & Bishop from a Somerset practice where she was a Partner. An experienced commercial lawyer, Adele has considerable experience in advising businesses on a range of commercial issues, including the acquisition and disposal of businesses; shareholders agreements, domestic and international commercial agreements, terms and conditions of business and partnership agreements. As a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, Adele has particular expertise in all aspects of employment law both non-contentious and contentious. Her experience includes preparing contracts of employment and company handbooks, advising on discrimination, unfair dismissal compensation, redundancy, and disciplinary and grievance procedures.
