Tim Bishop
Tim is Senior Partner at Salisbury Solicitors Bonallack & Bishop and in 2007 gave up his legal caseload to concentrate full-time on business development. He has been responsible for Bonallack & Bishop’s take-over of 5 law firms in Salisbury and Andover in the last few years and recently set up the highly successful Salisbury and Andover business Breakfast Clubs. He plays a particular role in the firm’s marketing and is responsible for major and strategic decisions. Tim has firm plans for the continued expansion of the firm in the next five years, as seen in the recent opening of two more Bonallack & Bishop offices in Verwood and Warminster. He is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars about the future of high street legal practices and is also in the process of setting up a nationwide purchasing consortium for solicitors and barristers.
Jane Bishop
Jane is Practice Director at Bonallack & Bishop. Following a degree in Economics and an MBA from Imperial College London, she worked for 13 years in senior management in the health service, implementing many high-level projects, including the restructuring of oral and axillofacial surgery services in the North Devon Primary Care Trust. Her last role in the health service was as Directorate Manager for Surgery and Lead Care Manager for Cancer at Salisbury Health Care Trust, overseeing 400 staff and a budget of £12m.
Jane joined Bonallack & Bishop in 2003 and is responsible for finance, HR, IT, risk and operational management, as well as applying standardised working practices across the company and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Richard Gigg
Richard joined Shirlaws in January 2008 to help clients regain focus for their businesses, after being coached by Shirlaws as a client. He works with clients and their staff to bring focus and clarity to both the cultural and commercial aspects of their business.

James Read
James founded Giant Peach in 2005 while working as a freelancer following his degree in Multimedia design. He provides leadership and design oversight to the team and on all projects, while ensuring the highest levels of design, usability, attention to detail and optimisation.
For over 5 years Giant Peach have been delivering effective, creative web design and application development for clients in Salisbury and across the UK.
Sharon Dyer F.C.C.A
Sharon is a Director of Rawlence and Browne Ltd and has worked within the accounting industry for the last seventeen years, gaining knowledge of virtually every business sector. She has worked with small and medium sized businesses during this time offering a wide range of skills from bookkeeping and management accounts to auditing the larger sets of accounts. Her experience also extends to all areas of taxation.
Clients have said that they appreciate her high level of service and common sense approach together with her technical ability especially during critical events which are significant in this current climate.

Edward Thomas has been closely associated with the marketing and creative services industry for over 20 years. Voted Entrepreneur of the Year in 2002 for his leadership and personal development work, Edward is able to offer practical and commercially realistic solutions for a wide range of organisations, businesses, individuals and associations. Over the past 3 years he has set up TWA, a full service marketing and creative services agency based in Andover and is currently reviewing a number of locations to open further offices.
