Among the people who make up the Vector groups there is a spirit which I have not encountered in any other business group.

It is a spirit of honest participation. There is mutuality: no passengers or observers: the contribution of the members makes Vector relevant and continually evolving.
The fact that you have systemised the process by which this happens – and made it seem simple and dynamic – is brilliant. Paired with our 1:1 mentoring sessions, you have changed my view of business (and its part in my life) from the ground up.
I wholly recommend Vector to business owners who are committed to their continuous improvement and who will work with others like themselves to make it happen.
