Licensing Solicitors

Our licensing solicitors can assist you with all aspects of liquor, gaming and betting licenses. Please note that with the introduction of the Licensing Act 2003 there has been a complete overhaul of the way in which licensing of music, dancing and the sale and supply for alcohol takes place.

We can advise you on all aspects of licensing from the initial stages of making an application to on-going operational issues. Our expert lawyers at our Salisbury, Andover, Verwood and Amesbury offices handle licensing applications, objections and appeals for a range of clients. The team can help with:

  • Liquor Licenses
  • Public Entertainment Licenses
  • Betting and Gaming Licenses

Under the Licensing Act 2003 the Magistrates Court  lost  their powers over the sale of alcohol which were  taken over by the Local Authority. From February 7th 2005 licensees have been able to apply for their new licenses, which came into force in November 2005.

Are you worried about escalating legal costs? You don’t need to as our lawyers offer a series of competitively priced FIXED FEES for most licensing work.
