Under the Licensing Act 2003 the Magistrates Court  lost  their powers over the sale of alcohol which were  taken over by the Local Authority. From February 7th 2005 licensees have been able to apply for their new licenses which  came into force in November 2005.

Are you worried about escalating legal costs? You don’t need to as we offer a series of competitively priced FIXED FEES for most licensing work.

2007 was  a great year for licensing work - but we’d like more in 2008 !
