 Tim Bishop

After spending many years as a specialist childcare lawyer, Tim has since October 2007 been running down his caseload to concentrate full-time on business development including developing a new niche practice area advising on the sale, merger and acquisition of law firms. He has been responsible for the firm’s take-over of 5 law firms in Salisbury and Andover in recent years. He plays a particular role in marketing and is responsible for major and strategic decisions. Tim has firm plans for the continued expansion of the firm in the next five years.

Alan Jenner

Alan Jenner is experienced in heavyweight Commercial Litigation and has done a considerable amount of Employment work for Claimant and Respondent including Tribunal Representation and Commercial work. Alan is a specialist in Professional Negligence Claims and a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.

 

 

Tom Clay

Tom Clay is an Associate of Beer & Young Ltd, raising equity capital for businesses in need of turnaround. He also advises a number of companies locally on their finances and banking. Prior to this he worked for more than 20 years for HSBC Bank as a lending manager including many years locally in Salisbury & Southampton. Tom has also worked for HSBC in its Commercial Insolvency Unit and Special Situations Unit.

 

Barry Goodridge

Alastair Barrett

Alastair BarrettAlastair fell into health and safety, when he lied to his boss that he knew how to do a COSHH assessment, two days later he was appointed as the company's health and safety officer. A rapid learning curve later, he qualified as a member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and is now a Chartered member. Alastair spent several years working as a Health and Safety Consultant and Construction Industry Training Board trainer working throughout the South West. He was Health and Safety Manager / CDM Coordinator of a large Housing Association for six years and then spent an interesting time (being chased by dogs and threatened by gun-wielding farmers) working for O2 building the TETRA Emergency Services network. 

What no Safety Services Ltd was formed six years ago and currently has 20 associates who work across a wide spectrum of health and safety issues from food to construction carrying out audits, training and consultancy work.
