Business Development Workshop Series with Shirlaws

 As announced in September,Salisbury Solicitors Bonallack & Bishop will be running a series of three Business Development workshops in association with our partners, business coaches Shirlaws, in Spring 2009. 

At a time when the economy is on a downturn, Shirlaws coach their clients how to not just survive but thrive despite the current market situation,  how to be clear about the best investment choices to ensure the short and long term growth of your company and how to give everyone in your business the energy and focus to achieve success.
 
Aimed specifically at Chief Executives, Managing Directors, Managing Partners and Key Managers in owner-managed businesses of 10 to 100 employees or £1M to £10M turnover, the workshops will provide some simple frameworks to enable attendees to develop a clear strategic plan for their business. Each will focus on a different aspect of business growth, helping you understand:
 
  • how to be famous with your clients and partners for what you do and how to build a position that separates your business from the competition
  • how to get business to come to you without you having to look for it, through the establishment of a sustainable source for new business
  • how to be really clear on how and when to grow your business.

These interactive workshops will be delivered by the West Wessex team of Shirlaws who all live and work in the region and love working with local businesses to help them grow and achieve their vision. Shirlaws was founded in 1998 and quickly became one of the fastest growing business coaching companies in the world. Today they are established in the UK, USA, Australia and New Zealand.

Tuesday 7th April, Releasing Capacity by Managing Resources Effectively
Tuesday 5th May, Positioning Your Business for Growth (Postponed from 3rd February)

Time: 9.30am-12.30pm (following on directly after the Salisbury Breakfast Club)
