Press release from BONALLACK & BISHOP- SOLICITORS IN SALISBURY 10 March 2008
Salisbury Business Breakfast Club
A new breakfast club for local businesses will be launched on April Fool's Day, Tuesday April 1, 2008. The Salisbury Breakfast Club will meet on the first Tuesday of every month at 8am at the Milford Hall Hotel, Salisbury providing an opportunity for informal networking. The first meeting is being supported by Salisbury & District Chamber of Commerce & Industry. The cost will be £10 for the breakfast.
Tim Bishop, senior partner of Salisbury law firm Bonallack and Bishop, who will be organising the event, commented "Although there are a number of other breakfast clubs locally, all of them seem formal and put up barriers to entry, either minimum requirements, a large upfront membership fee or limiting just one member from any one trade or profession. We at Bonallack and Bishop decided to start our own meetings for all local businesses, large and small, to gather on a monthly basis to exchange ideas and build good local relationships. Although we intend to have speakers from time to time, the emphasis is very much on enjoyment and informality to keep a bright modern approach to the meetings. I expect a minimum of 50 people for each meeting so you won't have to talk to the same old familiar faces month in month out. We would encourage anyone involved in a local business to attend."
Dates:
Tuesday 1st April – 8am
Tuesday 6th May – 8am
Tuesday 3rd June – 8am
