NEW MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT TEAM

Despite the recession, Salisbury law firm Bonallack & Bishop continue to grow, and are delighted to welcome a new member of the Management Team. Nick Alward will be working closely with both Tim and Jane Bishop in a brand new role as the firm's Business Development Manager.

Nick has considerable senior management experience and until his recent retirement from the police, was a Chief Inspector managing policing for South Wiltshire.

Tim Bishop, the firm’s senior partner, commented, “I am absolutely delighted to welcome Nick to the firm. I have known him personally for about 12 years and have been keen for him to join us ever since he left the police. Although he is new to working in this side of law, his personal qualities, excellent senior management and project management skills are exactly what we need. To paraphrase Richard Branson – if you want to succeed in business, hire someone better than you! With Nick on-board we now have the fully rounded and highly skilled senior management team to meet our ambitious expansion plans. An ex-Chief Inspector is not the most obvious choice for this particular role, but I believe firmly that personal qualities and skills are what make a really great colleague – and cannot be taught unlike experience and knowledge. ”
