A handy hint from our commercial lawyers – the rules from Companies House require that accounts filed with them must be on white paper and in black typescript or handwritten black ink – even signatures must be in black ink. Make sure you comply – if you fail to do so, or sign in blood – you could be hit with a £150 fine!
