Free Legal Surgeries

Bonallack & Bishop Solicitors are doing it again. With our already hugely successful free legal surgeries running in Salisbury and Andover every week we have opened a free ‘Family Law’ surgery every Wednesday afternoon between 2pm and 5pm at our Amesbury office which is conveniently situated at 5 Salisbury Street, Amesbury.

 “It will enable people to drop-in during the day for a free meeting with one of our family law team to get free legal advice on a divorce or family law issue they may have been worried about,” explains Senior Partner, Tim Bishop. 

“As a firm we are huge fans of the collaborative law approach to divorce and two of our family team – Amanda Trappes-Lomax (previously Harper) and Jason Copp – are trained as collaborative family lawyers. We firmly believe that for many divorcing couples, the Collaborative approach is best, aiming as it does at looking for solutions and the future rather than fighting corners and looking back.”
