So you're interested in our Wills into Work service?

We offer the service to any employer in Wiltshire, Hampshire, Somerset or Dorset (subject to the restrictions below)

What do you do next?

1. Contact one of our Will Solicitors on 01722 422300
2. They will discuss your requirements with you, and send out information and an agreement for you to sign and return. This will give you contact details for your personal Wills Representative who will be your point of contact at Bonallack & Bishop.
3. Arrange with your Wills Representative a date and time for them to visit your premises.
4. Let all your employees know of the offer by downloading and distributing this leaflet or poster and/or directing them to www.bishopslaw.co.uk/willsintowork for more information.
5. Find at least 4 people to sign up – we recommend a minimum of 4 appointments and a maximum of 6 per day. These appointments should be booked for a specific time slot to avoid time wastage – each appointment should last no longer than 30 minutes.
6. Let us have the names and contact details of each employee wishing to take advantage of the scheme.
7. The employee will need to complete our Wills Instruction Form, and return it to us prior to their appointment.
8. Our solicitor will turn up on the day, meet with each employee and go through their Will with them. The Will will then be printed out and signed by the employee – they will retain a copy and we will keep the original in fire-proof storage at our Salisbury office

What about payment?

We recommend that the employee pays us directly either by cheque or online. However, if you would like to make this scheme part of your employee benefits, make a payment on behalf of your employees that is then deductible from their salary, or are a member of Bartercard, please contact one of our sales team to discuss your options.

Witnesses

Please note that it is essential that a Will is correctly witnessed by two people for it to be valid. Our representative can act as one witness, but you may need to provide a second witness on the day.
