In contrast, we take our paralegals and their training very seriously.

That’s why we developed our own Accelerated Development Programme for paralegals – and  why you might be surprised to hear that Senior Partner Tim Bishop takes a personal responsibility for the Programme.
Click here to find out more about our Our Advanced Development Programme for Paralegals

Tim not only considers each and every application for a paralegal position, but he also interviews every paralegal personally. What’s more, as part of the Programme, every paralegal has an individual one-to-one session with Tim every month for the first six months.

In addition Tim has personally developed a series of workshops aimed at developing the kind of skills that every lawyer needs, but which aren’t taught at Law School or on any legal education courses
