Salisbury solicitors Bonallack and Bishop have just taken on two new team members.
Increasing levels of cases taken on by the firm has prompted the firm to recruit Sarah Dixon to the firm’s private client department, whilst Kim Higgs becomes the fourth member of the highly specialist leasehold property team.
Sarah, who qualified as a solicitor in 2005, has many years’ experience in a wide range of private client issues ranging from Wills and inheritance tax planning to probate and court of protection work. Sarah commented “I’m really excited about the opportunity to add my skills, experience and drive to the dedicated, specialist team within such a growing firm with such a growing firm”.
Kim, who has 15 years’ experience of property litigation and landlord and tenant work added “I’m really pleased to join a law firm who really understands the importance of client care”.
Senior partner Tim Bishop commented, “Having great lawyers is absolutely critical to the firm’s success – and it’s why we have continued to grow over the past years, with another 30% growth in the last four years. Sarah and Kim are huge additions to our team – with substantial legal experience, they both share a real understanding of how to solve our clients’ legal problems. Tim continued, “Our private client and property teams, are really growing and the 13 strong property team in particular are in the process of being added to 3 specialist and prestigious national and regional specialist property lawyer panels.”
