Here at Bonallack and Bishop, we have just taken on two new staff as William Parsons takes over the role of the firm’s new Client Relationship Manager, and Josh Herbert becomes the firm’s first Management Trainee.
Josh, who lives locally and joins the firm having gained a first-class economics degree, said “I’m really excited about this fantastic management opportunity with such a growing firm”.
William, who was born and bred in Salisbury and who has worked in customer care since leaving school added “I’m really pleased to join a law firm who really understands the importance of client care”
Senior partner Tim Bishop commented, “Our support staff are critical to the firm’s success. William and Josh are very welcome additions to the highly experienced and skilled team here at Bonallack and Bishop. We’re delighted to have them both on board and I am looking forward to seeing the two of them progress.”
Tim continued, “It’s great to have William on board with all the experience he brings. People may not realise that as we act for clients not just locally but nationwide, we take on around 2500 new cases every year. William’s role in handling the first contact for many of them is, therefore, absolutely essential. I’m also delighted to be investing in the next generation by putting Josh through his qualification with Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. “
“In addition to training up our own lawyers and helping them with ongoing specialist education, such as training up a third family mediator, we are absolutely committed to developing all of our young local talent for the future”.
