Solicitor – Family
Victoria is a qualified solicitor with over 20 years experience, specialising in family law.
She has a wealth of experience in all areas of family law arising from the breakdown of relationships including divorce, separation, financial issues, disputes regarding children and domestic abuse. Her particular area of interest is dealing with financial issues including pensions, high net worth assets, complex financial arrangements in divorce involving businesses and farms.
Victoria is a long standing member of Resolution which is a national organisation of family lawyers that promotes a non-confrontational and constructive approach to resolving family law matters. She tries hard to resolve family law issued outside of the court system wherever possible, however, she can also provide firm and robust representation where necessary.
Outside of work, Victoria spends her leisure time with her husband and children. She also enjoys walking her dogs, horse riding, meeting up with friends and eating out.

Danika
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Bonallack & Bishop, especially with Victoria Baker.
From the moment I spoke with her, I felt at ease thanks to her warm and friendly approach. She was clear, informative, and made sure I fully understood everything, providing guidance I could trust.
Although I haven’t yet moved forward beyond our initial conversation, I can confidently say that Victoria is the first person I would turn to for any legal assistance in the future. The confidence she instilled in me was immediate, and I truly appreciated her support.

The wife retained the house.
