Tim qualified as a Solicitor in 1987 originally working in London’s West End. He had earlier spent 4 years in the music industry releasing 7 independent dance records and doing various production and session work. Having dismally failed in an attempt at pop stardom he then returned to law, moving to Salisbury in 1996. He went into partnership with Tim Bonallack and the law firm changed its name from Bonallacks to Bonallack & Bishop. Since then Tim, as the firm’s owner and only equity partner, has spearheaded the expansion of the firm, seeing it grow by well over 1500%.
Salaried Partner, Head of Residential Conveyancing and Leasehold Property Chris is a senior solicitor, and our Head of Residential and Leasehold Property. With over 30 years experience, Chris spent most of those as an equity partner in a major regional law firm. Chris has in depth experience of managing residential conveyancing teams, developing and implementing processes all with the objective of delivering a service aimed at exceeding client’s expectations. Chris is well known and respected in this area of legal practice and is a past Executive Member of The Conveyancing Association.

Deputy Head of Private Client, Solicitor Laura is a senior solicitor in our Private Client department. She has an MA in Law from Cambridge University and also studied at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice where she achieved a distinction. She has over 25 years’ experience specialising in Family Law, having previously spent her career working in the North of England. Phiroze joined Bonallack and Bishop in their Corporate and Commercial department in November 2018. Having studied European Business Studies and French at Oxford Brookes University and Economics and Management at L’École Supérieure de Commerce, La Rochelle, France, Phiroze went on to have a successful entrepreneurial career in the UK and India. In 2012, Phiroze decided to pursue a career in law and graduated from his legal studies with Distinction.
Anthony is an experienced personal injury lawyer having qualified as a solicitor in 1994. He is a fully accredited member of the the specialist Law Society Personal Injury panel. Prior to joining the firm he was a partner for a law firm in Dorset heading up their road traffic accident division before working in Southampton representing trade union clients for three and a half years. During this time he handled many industrial disease claims.
Solicitor – Head of our Family Law Team Dinshaw qualified as a solicitor in 1986 and is a Family Law specialist. Kim is a Solicitor working with our Property Team, specialising in residential lease work, lease extension, enfranchisement and commercial property. Kim has 15 years of legal experience primarily in Property Litigation and Landlord & Tenant disputes of a residential nature. Hollie studied Law in College before employment with Bonallack & Bishop as a Conveyancing Assistant. She briefly left the firm to pursue other opportunities and raise her daughter before returning to us as a Property Lawyer. Hollie has qualified as a Specialist Paralegal in residential Conveyancing and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Paralegals which currently ranks as their highest grade. Paralegal – Private Client Micky is a Court of Protection Paralegal in the Private Client department and joined the firm in November 2017. She mainly focusses on running professional deputyship and attorney matters for clients, where Bonallack & Bishop are appointed by the Court of Protection or under Lasting Powers of Attorney to act on behalf of clients in managing the financial aspects of their lives. Paralegal – Commercial Property Emily is a paralegal in our Commercial Property department and joined the firm in September 2023 following the completion of her LLB Law degree at the University of Exeter. Within the team, Emily assists with drafting responsibilities and contributes to various aspects of sales and purchases. Drawing on her previous experience within property litigation, Emily brings valuable insights to her role. In the near future, Emily aspires to qualify as a solicitor by undertaking the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).
Senior Paralegal – Conveyancing Senior Paralegal, I joined the firm in April 2025. My Conveyancing journey began 16 years ago when I started as an office junior at a large local conveyancing firm, through hard work and commitment I progressed through the company learning many skills and progressed to a property lawyer which I did for many years. I like to give clients the best service possible. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking and eating out.
Anita specialises in residential conveyancing at the firm’s Andover office. She returned to work in April 2003 after taking a break to have a family when she joined Bonallack & Bishop solicitors. Anita started as an office junior but was very dedicated and after a lot of hardwork managed to qualify as a Legal Assistant and now runs her own case load. She always tries to go out of her way to ensure that all her clients receive the best possible care and advice.
A highly experienced senior manager, Jane joined Bonallack & Bishop in 2003. Gained MBA at Imperial College London and first degree in Economics. Worked for 13 years in senior management in the health service, her last role as Directorate Manager for Surgery and Cancer at Salisbury District Hospital. Jane also has extensive experience of management consultancy in both the public and private sectors. Previously a governor at Salisbury College.
Josh assists in all aspects of the day to day management of the firm as a key member of the management team. He joined Bonallack and Bishop in February 2016 after graduating with a first class honours degree in economics. His background has meant one of his main focuses is the financial performance of the firm. This sees him working closely with the accounts department and generally with everyone across the business.
