Originally from Manchester and completing her law degree in the UK, Kirsty qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2014 after living there since 2009. She practised in a central Auckland firm in the Private Client Department until her return to the UK in 2017 where she continued her work in Wills and Probate practice with a large Dorset firm. Kirsty joined Bonallack and Bishop as a Private Client Lawyer in October 2019.
Kirsty works between both the Salisbury and Fordingbridge offices, offering flexible availability to suit the needs of the clients. Kirsty can assist clients with all aspects of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Court of Protection matters and registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney.
Kirsty is now an honorary Fordingbridge local and outside of work plays Touch Rugby for the Fordingbridge RFC Ladies Team. She enjoys getting out and about in the New Forest, trying to keep fit and active and spending as much time as possible outside of work with her partner and young son.
