Online Speed Networking For Property Investors
I don’t know about you, but the thing I most enjoyed about property networking meetings was actually meeting other investors and property professionals who are really serious about property. And I thought the groups that ran speed networking sessions went really well.
So, I thought, why not repeat that online. And that’s what exactly what John Corey from Property Fortress and I have done
with the successful trial of our new online “ONLINE SPEED NETWORKING FOR PROPERTY INVESTORS”.
The online networking ‘beta test’ in July was a roaring success. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive. So John and I have now agreed it was so good that we should make this a regular event.
Where there was room for improvement, change happened. In particular, we are using some new software to facilitate actual speed networking. Are you ready to ‘get stuck in.

Online networking – now twice a month
So, with effect from Wednesday, August 12, 2020, the two of us will be running four video call sessions a month – at 11 AM and 7 PM on both the second and fourth Wednesday of each month.
Whilst lockdown and social distancing has seen a lot of existing property meetings go online, as far as I’m aware this is the first and only speed networking only event for the property community.
It does what it says on the tin – just quality speed networking with people who are serious about property like you. No talks, no sales promotions!
It’s simplicity itself. Just book your place, turn up and use your 45 seconds slot to introduce yourself to everyone else – all from the comfort of your living room. Then choose who you want to talk to, and we’ll set you up for a series of 3 minute chats in individual breakout rooms.
We are limiting attendance at each session, so book early to avoid disappointment!
How long does your online networking event take?
Each event runs for around one hour.
So, if current social distancing and the absence of local property events how’s you with in withdrawal, and you need your regular fix,we have the answer.
How does it work?
Simple. Each 1-to-1 conversation is time-limited. 3 minutes and no more. Time for two people to say hello, share what each cares about and make a decision about a follow-up conversation. You will speak to everyone who attends your session. Over 1-hour, this could be a maximum of 12 1-to-1 conversations.
If your network is your net worth, think about how fast you can grow your network. Cash investors, people with projects, power team candidates and future friends–they are all in the (virtual) room.
Unlike a traditional property networking event where may ‘get stuck’ talking with the ‘wrong person’, the bell will save you—speed networking at its fines
